Tamika Caston-Miller is the Co-owner & Director, The Ranch Houston, an urban micro farm growing flowers and community for the culture. A Texas native and the founder of Ashe Yoga, Tamika is a wellness entrepreneur and historian with a passion for building communities of collective repair. Her work at The Ranch Houston reflects this work through centering BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks and their realities while engaging in collaborative growing, hand-built art workshops and nature-immersive yoga. The regenerative flower farm, TRH Flora, is entirely volunteer-run, and sustains sliding-scale programming and education for those seeking to reignite their relationship with the land.
